4. Google Account Disconnection and Permission Revocation

You may disconnect Google services through your Brand365 Grow Business account settings, where this option is available.

You may also revoke Brand365 Grow Business access through your Google Account:

Google Account → Security → Third-party apps and services → Brand365 Grow Business → Remove access

Revoking access stops future access to your Google account or Google Business Profile through the revoked authorization. Certain previously stored information may remain temporarily where required for security, legal compliance, billing, fraud prevention, backup recovery, or dispute resolution.

5. AI Features and User Responsibility

Brand365 Grow Business may provide AI-generated suggestions, including:

Campaign copy
Business descriptions
Headlines
Calls-to-action
FAQs
Captions
Customer responses
Review replies
Marketing content

AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, appropriate, or suitable for every business or situation.

You are responsible for reviewing, editing, approving, and publishing AI-generated content. You should verify facts, claims, prices, offers, legal statements, and customer communications before publication.

To the extent permitted by law, Brand365 Grow Business is not responsible for losses, reputational harm, legal claims, customer disputes, or other consequences arising from unreviewed, inaccurate, misleading, or inappropriate AI-generated content.

Businesses may use Brand365 Grow Business to collect customer information through:

When a customer submits information through a business campaign, that information may be made available to the business operating the campaign.

That business is responsible for its independent communication, marketing, follow-up, customer relationship, and use of information outside Brand365 Grow Business.

Customers should contact the relevant business directly regarding its independent privacy practices. Customers may also contact us at grow@brand365.in regarding information processed through our platform.

13. Marketing Communications

Where legally permitted and based on appropriate consent, we or businesses using the platform may send marketing or promotional communications.

Recipients may opt out using the unsubscribe method included in the communication or by contacting the sender.

Service-related communications, including security notices, billing notices, account notifications, and important platform updates, may still be sent where necessary to operate the service.
